All Staff Meeting - 3/29/2025

Yesterday, we had an all staff meeting opened up by Stephen K. Thomas (CEO) and Darla Merola (Deputy CEO).

Following that, Gallia clinician, Jessica Lloyd, and internal auditor, Lori Williams, presented on why we’re all here and how to be more effective as a team.

Following their presentation, Lori and Jessica conducted a passport game where everyone exchanged their passports to share the strength they view in one another to serve as a reminder of our value, especially when we experience harder days.

Next up at the all staff meeting, our performance improvement officer, Kelly Gallagan, gave an eye opening training on cultural diversity and awareness.

She conducted a fun activity displaying differing perceptions by having everyone draw a bug based on the same description. Check out everyone’s fun creations!

We ended the day with a spring and Easter themed bingo game!
